Artlightenment Art Show (Event Over)

Artlightenment will feature the works of over 30 local artists, and some of the works will be available for purchase.   Anderson-Moreshead felt artists deserve an acknowledgement for their work and explained, "The artists are the reason for the event and they will receive all proceeds from any sales."  To encourage youth, there will be two free children’s art classes.

The show is being done in conjunction with Ah Ha Art and the Full Circle Art, a collection of visual artists and musicians dedicated to developing and promoting artistic expression.   

Artlightenment is free and open to the public.   It runs Saturday Nov. 14, 3pm-10pm and Sunday Nov. 15, 1pm-6pm at the Church of Scientology Celebrity Center in the Old Fall School Building, 1130 8th Ave. South.  There will be a reception with participating artists available on Nov 14, 6pm - 10pm.  The children's classes will take place at 3pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday.   For more information on the art show please contact Robyn at (615) 668-0169 or visit www.artlightenment.com.
